Piquant Clementine Sections

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups tangerine or clementine sections
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2-3 Tbsp rum
  • 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Boil honey and water for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients except the clementine sections. Stir well. Pour the mixture over fruit and let them marinate 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Serve with toothpicks.

Notes

Delicious served with a cheese plate or on a buffet table.
