Piquant Clementine Sections
Ingredients
- 2 cups tangerine or clementine sections
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2-3 Tbsp rum
- 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped rosemary
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Boil honey and water for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients except the clementine sections. Stir well. Pour the mixture over fruit and let them marinate 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Serve with toothpicks.
Notes
Delicious served with a cheese plate or on a buffet table.
