Quick Baked Haddock
Quick Baked Haddock
Easy, quick main course using haddock, cod or other firm whitefish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound haddock, cod or other firm whitefish fillets.
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp grated lemon peel
- 1 cup panko
- 2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 9 by 13 ovenproof pan with shortening or Pam.
- Pat fish dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Place garlic, panko and lemon peel in food processor and chop until thoroughly mixed.
- Place fish in pan. Cover with panko mix and dot with butter. Bake fish in oven for 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
