Modern Ambrosia Saqlad
My version of the 1950s classic
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (Adjust amount to your taste)
- 1 tbsp honey (Adjust amount to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups strawberries, cut to bite size
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut (optional)
- 3-4 maraschino cherries, cut in half (optional -- for nostalgia sake)
Instructions
- Place strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries in a bowl and toss to combine.
- Whisk together the yogurt, honey and vanilla. Fold into the fruit, and garnish with coconut and cherries. Muse about your youth as you dig in.
