Fruit Salsa Romanoff

Ingredients
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp orange liqueur or cognac
- 2 cups sliced or diced fruit (strawberries, peaches, plums, nectarines, apricots, cherries, seedless grapes, raspberries)
Instructions
- Mix together the sugar, orange juice and liqueur, adjusting the amount of sugar according to the sweetness of the fruit.
- Put the fruit in a bowl, pour the marinade over it and stir gently.
- Chill for an hour, stirring occasionally.
